Our Benefits
Health insurance
Employees have access to medical insurance benefits through the GAYO’s health insurance plan. The health insurance program is only open to regular full-time employees.
Annual Paid Leave
Eligible workers can take advantage of paid annual leave to indulge in personal interests, rest, and recreation. Only full-time employees are eligible to use this leave policy. All workers are qualified to accrue and use vacation time in accordance with this policy.
Training and Education
Depending on the approval of their line managers, employees may be permitted to attend conferences, courses, seminars, and meetings to advance their skills and knowledge in their position. Additionally, the annual work plan for the department and the employee's performance review should be in line with these training sessions.
