GAYO - Uganda

The changing climate in Uganda witnessed through landslides in mountainous landscapes, flooding in urban settings, and food insecurity among others continues to be a major threat to socio economic transformation through disrupting social and economic community settings. GAYO Uganda is working towards changing this narrative through community-centered interventions for climate change using unique project models that integrate awareness creation to bridge the information gap, circular production projects and tree planting.
